Chocolate: Chocolate Chiffon sponge with chocolate Chantilly cream
Chocolate Truffle: Chocolate Chiffon sponge filled and finished with Callebaut chocolate ganache
Black Forest: Chocolate Chiffon sponge with chocolate and vanilla Chantilly cream finished with Amarena cherry
Lemon: Vanilla Chiffon sponge filled with lemon curd and finished with vanilla Chantilly cream
Banana Coconut: Vanilla Chiffon sponge filled with banana custard finished with vanilla Chantilly cream and toasted coconut

MOUSSE CAKES:
Cacao nib chocolate mousse: Mousse filled in between the layers of Chocolate chiffon sponge finished with chocolate glaze.
Mango mousse: Mousse filled in between the layers of vanilla chiffon sponge with mango glaze.
Earl grey chocolate mousse: Earl grey Mousse filled in between the layers of Chocolate chiffon sponge with Feuilletine finished with chocolate glaze
